Thank you for choosing Havit. We stand behind the quality of our audio products and are committed to providing reliable after-sales support to ensure your satisfaction. The following warranty policy applies to purchases made through our official website.

Warranty Period

Havit offers a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for all audio products, including headphones, earbuds, and related accessories.

What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues under normal use, including but not limited to:

• Bluetooth connectivity failures

• Charging issues or battery malfunctions

• One-sided audio loss or severe sound distortion

• Buttons or touch controls not working

• Internal component failures or hardware defects

 

If a defect is found and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Havit will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product at no charge

• Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value

• Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g. drops, water exposure)

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. cushion deterioration, surface scratches)

• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair

• Damage caused by improper storage or operation (e.g. exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity)

• Purchases made from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources

• Missing proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.)
